1. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom rod orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer during the order placement. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been processed.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be presented at checkout. Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and the size/weight of the order. For international orders, shipping carriers may change depending on the destination country.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and chosen shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. Occasionally, we may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders. Details of such promotions will be clearly stated on our website. Custom rod orders may have added shipping fees due to increased size of packaging.
4. Shipping Destinations: We ship to domestic US, international. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
6. Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order's progress through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) with photos of the damaged package and items. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. For rods damaged during shipping, please keep all original packaging for the shipping insurance claim.
8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order before it ships.
